Meet Alex

Belief

"Stulac was born from the profound belief in the unifying power of stories. I often reflect on the narratives that sparked a fire within me, whether found in movies, books, photographs, or music. These stories have been the catalysts propelling me to run, to question, and to explore novel methods and ideas.
Inspired by the century-long legacy of the film industry, which has skillfully connected us through the art of storytelling and visual expression, I embarked on a mission to infuse marketing with a 'cinematic' touch. Recognizing the ability of storytelling to forge deep emotional connections, I understood its potential to bind us to our customers, donors, and audiences.
In this journey, I've come to appreciate that the stories we tell not only build emotional bonds but also serve as a conduit for valuable insights. The interactions and engagement stemming from these narratives offer a wealth of information. This treasure trove enables us not only to shape and refine our stories but also to unearth hidden gems that guide your customers, donors, and audiences toward becoming passionate fans."

Alex Stulac

Alex Stulac is a Director, Writer, and the Chief Storyteller & Strategist of Stulac — a strategy, development, and marketing partner for brands and nonprofits creating film and television, guiding projects from concept to audience and every stage in between.

Over his career, Alex has built his expertise across both growth marketing and narrative media. On the growth marketing side, he has engaged with influential entities like Bose, Massachusetts General Hospital, and St. Mary's Center for Women and Children, among others — developing integrated marketing campaigns and crafting brand narratives that drive measurable results.

His work began crossing into film and media through clients like Sennheiser, where storytelling and brand strategy intersected, and an online mini-series documentary on the life of David Guetta (Grammy Award-Winning DJ) — produced as part of a larger growth marketing initiative.

His experience, alongside other strategic projects, has led Alex to collaborate on story-based campaigns that featured the National Football League, Pat Connaughton (Professional Basketball Player), and Marty Walsh (Former US Secretary of Labor/ Mayor of Boston), shaping his conviction that the most powerful marketing is rooted in story.

Recently, Alex has focused his efforts on brand and nonprofit narrative film and television projects, guiding them from idea through distribution as an advisor, and at times director and writer. His work raises awareness, expands exposure, and drives revenue and donations, with a particular emphasis on creative distribution and engagement models that extend each film's story beyond the screen and engage creative brand and organizational partners in audience-building efforts.

His recent work includes The Hero In Us — an official selection of the 2025 Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival, where he also spoke on the panel Filmmakers and Nonprofits: A Powerful Partnership, whose campaign reached 2.3M+. He also served as Lead Editor and Post-Producer on HOTPIT: The Drift Series, premiering on RACER Network and its FAST Channels, advising on the show's marketing and promotional launch tactics.

He is currently in development on a personal sci-fi narrative, with a short proof of concept set to enter production, and is actively seeking academic partners in the planetary sciences and political science space to build an educational screening model around the project.

Alex is open to advising on brand and nonprofit film projects, as well as directing and producing narrative film.
